Language access
Multilingual Insurance Brokers in Ontario
Short answer
Yes. BrokerUnion's team speaks more than 25 languages across six Ontario offices. When you contact us you can ask for service in a specific language, and we match you with a licensed broker or service team member who speaks it. Where a language is not available in person the same day, we arrange a callback with someone who does.

How language matching works
- Tell us your preferred language when you call, email or submit a quote request.
- We match you with a licensed broker or service team member who speaks that language wherever possible.
- If nobody is available immediately, we book a callback rather than proceeding in a language you are less comfortable in.
- Policy documents and insurer wordings are issued by the insurer and are generally available in English, and in French from many Canadian insurers.
- Your broker explains coverage, exclusions and claims steps verbally in your language, and stays with your file at renewal.
Where you can reach us
Multilingual service is available by phone, email, video and in person at all six offices.
FAQ
Multilingual service questions
Can I get an insurance quote in a language other than English?
Yes. Tell us your preferred language and we match you with a broker or service team member who speaks it. Insurer documents themselves are issued in English, and in French by many Canadian insurers.
Is the person I speak to a licensed broker?
Where the request involves advice, quoting or policy changes, you speak with a licensed broker. General service enquiries may be handled by licensed service staff.
Which offices offer which languages?
It varies by office and by day. Call the office nearest you, or the main line, and ask, we will confirm availability and book a callback if needed.
Can a family member interpret for me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring someone. We will still confirm key coverage decisions directly with you as the policyholder.
