A strong ability to sell. Ultimately because you believe in what you are selling. If you have a negative perspective towards insurance products, you shouldn’t be a broker.

Social

You must be comfortable finding your own clients. We will support you, but you must be willing and able to leverage your networks. If you believe in the value of insurance products, you will have no trouble sharing your guidance with friends and family.

Being driven

Being a broker is essentially being your own boss. You must have an innate drive to work, grow, and succeed if you’ll be successful in this endeavor.

Independent

Although we offer guidance, it’s up to you to act on it. You must not be someone that requires constant management to perform effectively.

Ability to learn

Being a broker means being an educator. You need to be able to learn about all the details behind a variety of insurance products so that you can give your clients the best plan for them. You also need to be able to learn the various systems and technologies we employ that will make your life as a broker easier.
